THE REGION THROUGH 430 PM. AT 205 PM...THE LEADING EDGE OF THE
SHOWERS WAS NEAR WELLSBORO...SOUTHWARD TO JUST WEST OF CLEARFIELD
AND NORTH OF PITTSBURGH.  MOST OF THE SHOWERS WILL BE WEST OF A
WILLIAMSPORT...LEWISBURG...BEDFORD LINE THROUGH 430 PM. THE SHOWERS
ARE RACING NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. SOME SHOWERS WILL CONTAIN BRIEF HEAVY
DOWNPOURS AND WIND GUST TO 40 MPH.
