CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA OVERNIGHT. AT 1230 AM...THE LEADING EDGE
OF THE ACTIVITY WAS NEAR WARREN. SOME STORMS WILL CONTAIN
TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY WILL BE WEST OF
A WELLSBORO...STATE COLLEGE LINE THROUGH 230 AM. THE SHOWERS
AND STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
