  SOUTH OF I-80.

* TIMING...PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE REGION EARLY THIS
  AFTERNOON...THEN TAPER OFF BY AROUND MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL DUE TO DETERIORATING ROAD
  CONDITIONS.
