* WINDS...SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH...MAINLY
  OVER THE HIGHEST ELEVATIONS BEFORE SUNSET. WINDS SHOULD DECREASE
  THROUGH THE NIGHT.

* IMPACTS...DOWNED TREE LIMBS AND POSSIBLE ISOLATED POWER
  OUTAGES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF 31 TO 39 MPH OR
GUSTS OF 46 AND 57 MPH ARE EXPECTED.

CONSIDER AVOIDING AREAS EXPOSED TO STRONG CROSS-WINDS. SECURE
