AND WASHINGTON...INCLUDING WALLA WALLA. WEB CAMS AND SENSORS
INDICATE VISIBILITIES AS LOW AS ONE QUARTER OF A MILE IN SOME
LOCATIONS. MOTORISTS ARE ADVISED TO EXERCISE CAUTION AND BE
PREPARED FOR SUDDEN VISIBILITY CHANGES WHEN TRAVELING THIS
EVENING.

...VERY WINDY CONDITIONS OVER PORTIONS OF THE INTERIOR NORTHWEST
THIS WEEKEND...

.A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO WESTERN WASHINGTON
SATURDAY THEN SWING NORTHEAST INTO BRITISH COLUMBIA SATURDAY
NIGHT. THIS SYSTEM WILL CAUSE VERY WINDY CONDITIONS OVER PORTIONS
OF THE INTERIOR NORTHWEST. THESE CONDITIONS WILL OCCUR IN CENTRAL
OREGON AND THE GRANDE RONDE VALLEY AHEAD OF THE ASSOCIATED COLD
FRONT...AND ACROSS THE COLUMBIA BASIN AFTER FRONTAL PASSAGE.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PENDLETON HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 11 PM PDT SATURDAY.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE DURING THE DAY SATURDAY...PEAKING IN
  THE AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING.

* WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST WINDS 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS OF 45 TO
  50 MPH.

* IMPACTS: DRIVING WILL BECOME DIFFICULT ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
  PROFILE VEHICLES ON AREA ROADWAYS. IN ADDITION THESE WINDS MAY
  CAUSE LOOSE OBJECTS TO BE PICKED UP AND BLOWN SOME DISTANCE.
  MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE MAY ALSO BE POSSIBLE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN SUSTAINED WINDS ARE FORECAST
BETWEEN 30 AND 39 MPH OR GUSTS RANGING FROM 45 TO 57 MPH. WINDS
OF THESE MAGNITUDES CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE MAY ALSO OCCUR. FOR
