SUNDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MEDFORD HAS ISSUED A WIND
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SATURDAY TO 9 PM PST
SUNDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 30 TO 40 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE DAY SATURDAY, REACHING PEAK
  STRENGTH SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: SUMMER LAKE, PORTIONS OF HIGHWAYS 31 AND 395
  NORTH OF LAKEVIEW, AND THE HIGHER TERRAIN OF THE AREA, INCLUDING
  WINTER RIM AND THE WARNER MOUNTAINS.

* IMPACTS: THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED ALONG HIGHWAY 31
  BETWEEN PAISLEY AND SILVER LAKE, AND MAY MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT
  FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. GUSTY WINDS MAY ALSO IMPACT HUNTING
  AND OTHER OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH
HIGHER GUSTS POSSIBLE. WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING
DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA
CAUTION.
