...SHARP CHANGE TO COLDER WEATHER AT MIDWEEK...

A POTENT SPRING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA MONDAY NIGHT
INTO TUESDAY. MILD WEATHER MONDAY WILL GIVE WAY TO A MUCH COLDER
AIR MASS TUESDAY. HIGH TEMPERATURES TUESDAY WILL BE 15-25 DEGREES
LOWER THAN THEY ARE ON MONDAY. THE FRONT WILL BRING A PERIOD OF
LIGHT PRECIPITATION TUESDAY WITH SNOW LEVELS DROPPING TO ABOUT
5000 FEET...BUT SNOW AMOUNTS WILL BE AN INCH OR LESS. GUSTY
WESTERLY WINDS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING. ANOTHER
DISTURBANCE WILL BRING SOME SHOWERS WITH SNOW LEVELS POTENTIALLY
DOWN TO VALLEY FLOORS ON WEDNESDAY...THOUGH AMOUNTS SHOULD REMAIN
LIGHT. THOSE INTENDING TO TRAVEL OR HAVE OUTDOOR PLANS SHOULD
STAY TUNED FOR ADDITIONAL UPDATES REGARDING THIS SHARP CHANGE TO
COLDER WEATHER.
