  HIGH OCEAN WATER LEVELS TO LOW LYING AREAS ALONG SOUTH FACING
  SHORELINES AND AT PORT ORFORD HARBOR.

* WAVES AND SURF...STORM FORCE WINDS ARE LIKELY TO PRODUCE
  BREAKING WAVES AROUND 25 FEET.

* TIMING...THIS AFTERNOON INTO THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...HIGH SOUTH WINDS COULD PUSH WATER AND HIGH BREAKING
  WAVES INTO THE PARKING LOT AT THE PORT AT PORT ORFORD. HEAVY
  SURF WILL ALSO PRODUCE HAZARDOUS BEACH CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY
  ALONG SOUTH FACING SHORELINES.

A HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
1 AM PST SATURDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTH 40 TO 45 MPH GUSTING TO 70 MPH.

* TIMING: WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS MORNING AND ARE EXPECTED TO
  PEAK THIS EVENING. WINDS WILL DIMINISH LATE TONIGHT.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: PORT ORFORD... CAPE BLANCO... HEADLANDS...
  AND OTHER EXPOSED COASTAL AREAS.

* IMPACTS: HIGHWAY 101 WILL BE IMPACTED BY THIS STORM... AND
  TRAVEL ALONG THIS HIGHWAY COULD BECOME DIFFICULT. THE PORT OF
  PORT ORFORD WILL BE EXPOSED TO WIND AND WAVE ACTION. A
  COMBINATION OF VERY STRONG WINDS AND HEAVY RAIN WILL MAKE
  DRIVING VERY HAZARDOUS. THIS IS LIKELY TO CAUSE SOME TREE LIMBS
  TO BREAK AND SOME TREES TO TOPPLE.

THE STRONGEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED AT EXPOSED LOCATIONS ALONG
HIGHWAY 101.

A HIGH WIND WARNING MEANS A HAZARDOUS HIGH WIND EVENT IS EXPECTED
OR OCCURRING. SUSTAINED WIND SPEEDS OF AT LEAST 40 MPH OR GUSTS
OF 58 MPH OR MORE CAN LEAD TO PROPERTY DAMAGE. TRAVEL WILL BE
IMPACTED... ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
