  ACCUMULATION.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW WILL DEVELOP THIS EVENING...BECOMING MORE
  STEADY AFTER MIDNIGHT. SNOW WILL MIX WITH SLEET AND FREEZING
  RAIN DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS...BEFORE CHANGING TO ALL RAIN
  ON SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES ARE EXPECTED DUE TO SNOW AND ICE
  ACCUMULATIONS.

   WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY.

ANOTHER ROUND OF PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD INTO THE REGION LATE
MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY. THIS WILL START AS A WINTRY MIX BEFORE
BECOMING RAIN. RAIN MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES TUESDAY AFTERNOON INTO
TUESDAY NIGHT. THIS RAINFALL COMBINED WITH A MELTING SNOW PACK
WILL RESULT IN AN ELEVATED RISK FOR FLOODING DURING THE MIDDLE OF
THE WEEK.
