SATURDAY...

* WIND CHILL READINGS...WIND CHILL READINGS OF 10 TO 15 DEGREES
  BELOW ZERO CAN BE EXPECTED EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...THE FRIGID CONDITIONS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE
  VENTURING OUTSIDE. EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE.

* WINDS...WINDS WILL BE OUT OF THE NORTHWEST FROM 10 TO 20
  MPH...WITH GUSTS AS HIGH AS 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...LOW TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM 5 TO 10 DEGREES
  ABOVE ZERO.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN A STRONG WIND WILL COMBINE
WITH COLD TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR
EXPOSED SKIN.  THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS BETWEEN
10 AND 24 DEGREES BELOW ZERO FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. THOSE
PLANNING TO VENTURE OUTDOORS SHOULD USE COMMON SENSE AND DRESS
WARMLY... MAKING SURE THAT ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED.

NIGHT. ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS CANNOT BE RULED OUT MONDAY INTO
MONDAY NIGHT DEPENDING ON THE TRACK OF A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM THAT
WILL PASS SOUTH OF THE REGION.
