THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL
INDIANA...SOUTHEAST INDIANA...CENTRAL OHIO...MIAMI VALLEY OF OHIO
AND WEST CENTRAL OHIO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

PLEASE LISTEN TO NOAA WEATHER RADIO OR GO TO WEATHER.GOV ON THE
INTERNET FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE FOLLOWING HAZARDS.

   WIND CHILL ADVISORY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

SNOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP SATURDAY NIGHT. THIS MAY MIX WITH OR
CHANGE TO RAIN ON SUNDAY AND THEN CHANGE BACK TO SNOW SUNDAY NIGHT
BEFORE ENDING. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE.

ANOTHER ROUND OF PRECIPITATION WILL SPREAD INTO THE REGION ON
TUESDAY. THIS MAY START AS A WINTRY MIX BEFORE BECOMING RAIN. RAIN
MAY BE HEAVY AT TIMES TUESDAY NIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY. THIS RAINFALL
COMBINED WITH A MELTING SNOW PACK WILL RESULT IN AN ELEVATED RISK
FOR FLOODING DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.

* HAZARD TYPES...COLD WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 14 BELOW AT
  TIMES.

* IMPACTS...THE FRIGID CONDITIONS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE
  VENTURING OUTSIDE. EXPOSURE MAY CAUSE FROSTBITE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN WIND WILL COMBINE WITH COLD
TEMPERATURES TO CREATE DANGEROUSLY COLD CONDITIONS FOR EXPOSED
SKIN. THE WIND WILL MAKE IT FEEL LIKE IT IS BETWEEN 10 AND
24 DEGREES BELOW ZERO FOR A PERIOD OF SEVERAL HOURS. THOSE
PLANNING TO VENTURE OUTDOORS SHOULD USE COMMON SENSE AND DRESS
WARMLY... MAKING SURE THAT ALL EXPOSED SKIN IS COVERED.
