   WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR FREEZING DRIZZLE UNTIL 10 AM EST.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

A LIGHT WINTRY MIX IS POSSIBLE MONDAY EVENING INTO EARLY
TUESDAY...FOLLOWED BY RAIN TUESDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY. THE RAIN
COULD BE HEAVY AT TIMES WEDNESDAY. IT SHOULD TURN WINDY AND COLDER
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO CHRISTMAS DAY WITH SNOW SHOWERS DEVELOPING.
WITH POSSIBLE IMPACTS ON HOLIDAY TRAVEL...MONITOR THE FORECAST AS
DETAILS BECOME CLEARER.

* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL NEW YORK AND THE NORTHERN TIER
  OF PENNSYLVANIA... ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

* HAZARDS...FREEZING DRIZZLE.

* ACCUMULATIONS...VERY LIGHT GLAZE OF ICE. LITTLE IF ANY SNOW
  ACCUMULATION.

* TIMING...THROUGH MID MORNING.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE MID TO UPPER 20S.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* IMPACTS...FREEZING DRIZZLE AND VERY LIGHT SNOW WILL RESULT IN
  SLICK SPOTS ON UNTREATED ROADWAYS AND SIDEWALKS. THIS WILL
  CREATE HAZARDOUS TRAVEL THROUGH MID MORNING.
