THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR CENTRAL NEW YORK AND
SOUTHEASTERN NEW YORK.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY.

A PASSING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL PRODUCE A FEW TO SEVERAL INCHES
OF SNOW ACCUMULATION LATE THURSDAY THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT. THIS
WILL BE FOLLOWED BY AN ARCTIC BLAST FRIDAY WITH GUSTY WINDS...SNOW
SHOWERS AND BLOWING SNOW...AS WELL AS FALLING TEMPERATURES. WIND
CHILLS ARE EXPECTED TO REACH THE MID TEENS TO AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO
BY FRIDAY NIGHT...WHICH WILL TRIGGER AT LEAST A WIND CHILL
ADVISORY. MONITOR THE FORECAST.

COLD CONDITIONS WILL LAST INTO THE WEEKEND WITH ANOTHER SYSTEM
POTENTIALLY AFFECTING THE AREA SUNDAY INTO MONDAY. HOWEVER AT THIS
TIME CONFIDENCE IN THIS SYSTEM IS LOW.
