ESPECIALLY AT HIGHER ELEVATIONS.

AREAS OF FOG AND FREEZING FOG MAY DEVELOP TONIGHT AND CONTINUE
INTO SUNDAY MORNING. VISIBILITIES MAY DROP BELOW 1 MILE AT TIMES.
