THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA AND
PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AFTER 5 PM AND CONTINUE INTO
THE FIRST PART OF THE NIGHT. SEVERE STORMS ARE POSSIBLE...AND THE
STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL THE SIZE OF GOLF
BALLS...DAMAGING WINDS OF 60 MPH AND A TORNADO OR TWO.

HEAT INDEX THIS AFTERNOON WILL BE NEAR OR TOP 100 DEGREES...PRIMARILY
ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS LATE SATURDAY AFTERNOON
INTO SATURDAY NIGHT. THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES LATE
SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WHILE SIGNIFICANT UNCERTAINTY
EXISTS...IT CURRENTLY APPEARS THAT THE BEST CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS
MAY BE MONDAY NIGHT.
