PANHANDLE.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT. RAINFALL
WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES...WITH AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES
POSSIBLE. A FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

SHOWERS WILL TAPER OFF TUESDAY MORNING. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE
OF THUNDERSTORMS TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND WEDNESDAY AS AN UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE MOVES EAST THROUGH THE REGION. OTHERWISE...A GRADUAL
DRYING TREND IS EXPECTED THROUGH LATE THIS WEEK.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED TONIGHT...HOWEVER REPORTS
OF HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE APPRECIATED.

...HEAVY RAINFALL EXPECTED FOR THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING...

.AN INTENSE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE NORTHEAST INTO THE
NORTH CENTRAL GREAT PLAINS LATE TONIGHT AND TUESDAY. SEVERAL
AREAS ACROSS THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE ALREADY RECEIVED
ONE TO THREE INCHES OF RAIN DURING THE PAST 24 HOURS. MORE
HEAVY RAIN IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING WITH
AN ADDITIONAL ONE TO TWO INCHES PREDICTED.

* ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL OF ONE TO TWO INCHES IS EXPECTED
  TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT RAINFALL FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
