WINDY CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP LATE THIS MORNING BEHIND A COLD FRONT.
SUSTAINED NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH ARE
EXPECTED THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON. WIND ADVISORIES ARE IN
EFFECT FOR THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE.

PANHANDLE THROUGH 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON...

.A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE THROUGH WESTERN NEBRASKA LATE THIS
MORNING. WINDS WILL SHIFT TO THEN NORTHWEST AND BECOME QUITE
STRONG AND GUSTY THROUGH LATE THIS AFTERNOON.

  FRONT LATE THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH LATE THIS
  AFTERNOON.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH. STRONGEST
  WINDS WILL OCCUR DURING THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS...MAINLY TO TRANSPORTATION. LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH PROFILE
  VEHICLES COULD HAVE DIFFICULTY TRAVELING ON EAST TO WEST ORIENTED
  ROADS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT WINDS OF 35 MPH ARE EXPECTED. WINDS
THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH
PROFILE VEHICLES. USE EXTRA CAUTION.
