INCLUDES PLACES LIKE STANLEY...BOTTINEAU...MINOT AND
GARRISON...BISMARCK...HARVEY AND JAMESTOWN. PATCHY FREEZING
DRIZZLE IS ALSO POSSIBLE...WHICH WILL MAKE ROADS SLICK IN SPOTS.

PEOPLE TRAVELING ACROSS NORTHWESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
