NORTH DAKOTA...NORTHWEST NORTH DAKOTA...SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH
DAKOTA AND SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH WILL
CONTINUE THIS AFTERNOON. A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT. PLEASE SEE
WEATHER.GOV/BIS FOR DETAILS.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE JAMES RIVER
VALLEY THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING. SEVERE WEATHER IS NOT
EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW IS POSSIBLE ACROSS MOST OF WESTERN AND
CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY.

...WINDY CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST THIS AFTERNOON...

.STRONG SOUTHEAST WINDS AHEAD OF A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL
CONTINUE ACROSS CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON. SOUTHEAST
WINDS AROUND 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED FROM
EAST OF CROSBY TO MINOT...SOUTHEAST TO BISMARCK AND LINTON.

WINDS WILL DIMINISH FROM WEST TO EAST AS THE LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM
MOVES INTO CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA LATER THIS AFTERNOON.
HOWEVER...STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP ON THE BACK SIDE OF
THE SYSTEM OVER THE FAR SOUTHWEST...INCLUDING BOWMAN AND
HETTINGER...AND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE AFTERNOON.

MOTORISTS...ESPECIALLY THOSE IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD USE
