DAKOTA THIS WEDNESDAY MORNING. PLACES LIKE HETTINGER...GLEN
ULLIN...MANDAN AND BISMARCK...GARRISON...HARVEY...CARRINGTON TO
JAMESTOWN...AND FROM LINTON TO ELLENDALE...CAN EXPECT VISIBILITIES
LESS THAN ONE QUARTER OF A MILE DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE.
