...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS NORTH AND EAST OF THE MISSOURI RIVER TONIGHT
THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

.THE COMBINATION OF COLD AIR AND LIGHT WINDS WILL BRING WIND
CHILL VALUES OF 20 BELOW TO 35 BELOW ZERO NORTH AND EAST OF THE
MISSOURI RIVER TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

EXTENDED EXPOSURE TO SKIN IN THESE CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN
FROST BITE...AND COULD LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT
TAKEN. IF TRAVELING...CARRY A WINTER SURVIVAL KIT AND INFORM
OTHERS OF YOUR TRAVEL PLANS.
