NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AROUND 30 MPH...WITH 45 MPH GUSTS...WILL
DEVELOP OVER WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA AFTER MIDNIGHT...AND
WILL CONTINUE TUESDAY. THIS WILL ALSO LEAD TO PATCHY BLOWING SNOW
