.DENSE FOG TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE OVER
NORTHWEST AND MUCH OF CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA EARLY THIS MORNING.
PLACES LIKE WILLISTON AND STANLEY...BOTTINEAU...MINOT AND
GARRISON...BISMARCK...HARVEY AND JAMESTOWN CAN EXPECT VISIBILITY
DOWN TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS. DENSE FOG DROPLETS WILL FREEZE ON
ROADS AND SIDEWALKS MAKING THEM SLIPPERY. PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE
IS ALSO POSSIBLE... MAINLY ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA INTO
THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY.

PEOPLE TRAVELING ACROSS NORTHWESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA
