FOG HAS DEVELOPED EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS ALL OF EASTERN NC.
VISIBILITIES WERE GENERALLY A HALF TO THREE QUARTERS OF A MILE...
THOUGH WILL OCCASIONALLY DROP TO A QUARTER MILE OR LESS IN PATCHY
DENSE FOG. IF DRIVING THIS MORNING...SLOW DOWN...LEAVE PLENTY OF
DISTANCE BETWEEN YOU AND THE VEHICLE AHEAD OF YOU...AND ALLOW
EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION. THE FOG WILL BEGIN TO LIFT
BY AROUND 9 AM THIS MORNING.
