THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL NORTH
CAROLINA...NORTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA...SOUTH CENTRAL
VIRGINIA...SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA AND WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

A COLD RAIN IS EXPECTED TO ARRIVE OVERNIGHT AND BECOME WIDESPREAD
BY DAYBREAK WEDNESDAY. AROUND ONE-HALF INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY.

LOW PRESSURE WILL TRACK ALONG THE EAST COAST ON WEDNESDAY. RAIN
WILL SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION...BECOMING MIXED WITH OR CHANGING
TO SNOW BEFORE ENDING WEDNESDAY. WITH TEMPERATURES ABOVE
FREEZING...IN ADDITION TO THE WARM GROUND TEMPERATURE...THE
PROBABILITY OF ANY SNOW ACCUMULATION REMAINS LOW.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL CROSS THE REGION WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLDER WEDNESDAY NIGHT...THUS SUPPORTING SOME
LIGHT ACCUMULATION OF SNOW EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
