THE THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER AND FLASH FLOODING MAY INCREASE SATURDAY
AS THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA. THE BIGGEST
CONCERN WILL BE FOR HAIL UP THE SIZE OF GOLF BALLS. THUNDERSTORMS
COULD MOVE REPEATEDLY OVER THE FORECAST AREA RESULTING IN VERY HEAVY
RAIN AND LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF THE ARKLAMISS AS WE GO
INTO THE WEEKEND...

.THE THREAT FOR THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED TO
INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST AS WE GO FROM TONIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY
NIGHT. FOR TONIGHT...THE FLASH FLOODING THREAT WILL BE MAINLY OVER
THE ARKLAMISS DELTA REGION. THEN AS WE GO INTO SATURDAY AND SATURDAY
NIGHT...THE FLASH FLOODING THREAT WILL EXPAND EASTWARD TO ENCOMPASS
THE AREA ALONG AND WEST OF A LINE FROM EUPORA TO FOREST TO
MONTICELLO. RAINFALL TOTALS WILL RANGE FROM TWO TO FIVE INCHES ACROSS
THE WATCH AREA WITH THE HEAVIEST TOTALS MOSTLY LIKELY WEST OF THE
INTERSTATE 55 CORRIDOR.
