STORM WARNING.

* HAZARD TYPES...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS LATE TONIGHT INTO
  SUNDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...DANGEROUSLY COLD WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR LATE TONIGHT
  INTO SUNDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...FROSTBITE AND HYPOTHERMIA ARE LIKELY IF NOT DRESSED
  APPROPRIATELY WHILE OUTDOORS LATE TONIGHT.

* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...6 BELOW TO 5 ABOVE ZERO.

* WIND CHILL READINGS...AS LOW AS 28 BELOW.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MEANS THAT VERY COLD AIR AND WINDS WILL
COMBINE TO GENERATE LOW WIND CHILLS. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROST
BITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN. IF YOU
