* PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL MAINE...NORTH CENTRAL MAINE AND
  SOUTHEAST MAINE...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST
  CENTRAL MAINE...CENTRAL PENOBSCOT AND SOUTHERN PENOBSCOT. IN
  NORTH CENTRAL MAINE...CENTRAL PISCATAQUIS AND SOUTHERN
  PISCATAQUIS. IN SOUTHEAST MAINE...CENTRAL WASHINGTON...COASTAL
  HANCOCK...COASTAL WASHINGTON...INTERIOR HANCOCK AND NORTHERN
  WASHINGTON.

* FROM 8 AM EDT THIS MORNING THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING

* A TOTAL OF 2 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO FALL ACROSS THE
  WATCH AREA THROUGH FRIDAY. THIS COULD RESULT IN POSSIBLE SMALL
  STREAM FLOODING. MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE OR LOW LYING
  AREAS IS ALSO POSSIBLE.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
