* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL LEAD TO SNOW COVERED ROADS WHICH COULD
  LEAD TO SOME TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.

* WINDS...SOUTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* TEMPERATURES...RISING INTO THE 20S BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
