THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTH CENTRAL
ARKANSAS...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FROM THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH TONIGHT ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS AND
PORTIONS OF NORTHEAST TEXAS AND NORTHERN LOUISIANA NORTH OF
INTERSTATE 20. A FEW SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY
LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND
SOUTHERN ARKANSAS AS THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOP ACROSS OKLAHOMA AND
ARKANSAS AND MOVE SOUTHWARD INTO THE AREA. DAMAGING WINDS AND
LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREATS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY...

THUNDERSTORMS WILL REMAIN IN THE FORECAST THROUGH EARLY MONDAY. A
COLD FRONT WILL BECOME STATIONARY NORTH OF THE AREA IN OKLAHOMA
AND ARKANSAS. SEVERAL ROUNDS OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY. THESE STORMS COULD
BRING UP TO THREE OF RAINFALL THROUGH SUNDAY ACROSS SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA AND SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS WILL BE
POSSIBLE WHICH COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLOODING. IN ADDITION...A
FEW SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH DAMAGING WINDS AND LARGE
HAIL THE PRIMARY THREATS.

Do not drive vehicles through flooded waterways.  Use caution when
walking near flooded riverbanks.  Do not try to wade or swim in
flooded rivers and bayous.

The flood warning continues for
  the Red River At Coushatta, Louisiana.
* until Monday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 1000 AM Thursday The stage was 32.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 31 feet.
* Forecast...Expect little change through this Thursday afternoon
  as the river crests at 32.3 feet.  Also the river will recede to
  near 32 feet by Friday morning.
* Impact...at 33.0 feet...Moderate flooding occurs.  Severe backwater
  flooding occurs from the confluence of the Red River with Loggy
  Bayou through the lower Flat River and Red Chute Bayou in southern
  Bossier Parish.   Cattle and equipment should be moved to higher
  ground away from levees.

* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
  this Thursday afternoon.  Also the Red River in Shreveport crested
  at 31.0 feet during Tuesday and Wednesday.
