ARKANSAS...SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS...NORTH CENTRAL LOUISIANA...
NORTHWEST LOUISIANA...SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...EAST TEXAS AND
NORTHEAST TEXAS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE
REGION. DAYTIME HEATING WILL CONTRIBUTE TO STRONG INSTABILITY...
RESULTING IN SOME OF THESE STORMS BECOMING SEVERE. DAMAGING
WIND...LARGE HAIL...AND LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE POSSIBLE.
THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EVENING BEFORE DIMINISHING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY...

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH DAY...AS AN UPPER
LEVEL TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE APPROACHES THE REGION FROM THE WEST.
ISOLATED SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE...WITH DAMAGING

The flood warning continues for
  the Red River At Shreveport, Louisiana.
* from Sunday evening until further notice...or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 1000 AM Wednesday the stage was 28.0 feet.
* Major flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 30 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Sunday evening and continue to
  rise to near 33.0 feet by June 5.
* Impact...at 33.0 feet...Martin Luther King Drive at McCain Creek in
  north Shreveport flooded and closed.  Also expect the southern end of
  Fant Parkway and the Teague Parkway to flood near the boat ramp to
  overflow and possibly close.  Expect major backwater flooding through
  Cross Bayou, Twelve Mile Bayou, and lower McCain creek.  Backwater
  flooding will develop on Twelve Mile Bayou north of Interstate 220 and
  threaten homes.

* AT 1000 AM Wednesday The stage was 31.4 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 31 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 35.5 feet by
  June 6.
* Impact...Expect considerable flooding between levee systems.  Move
  livestock away from levees.  Expect major backwater flooding up
  through Loggy Bayou, lower Red Chute Bayou, and lower Flat River
  in southern Bossier Parish.

  the Cypress Bayou At Wallace Lake south of Shreveport, Louisiana.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 800 AM Wednesday the pool stage was 151.3 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 151 feet.
* Forecast...Expect the lake to rise slightly and crest near 151.5
  feet by Thursday morning.
* Impact...at 151.0 feet...High water will overflow and result in some
  significant flooding on some secondary roadways around the southern
  Kingston Road area.  Livestock near the lake should be moved to
  higher ground.

* At 700 AM Wednesday the stage was 20.8 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 27 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by Friday morning and continue to
  rise to near 32.0 feet by June 3.
* Impact...at 32.0 feet...Farmers and ranchers highly advised to
  evacuate cattle and machinery to higher ground in the Little River
  valley below Millwood lake to the confluence of the Little and Red
  rivers.  Also expect considerable flooding between and near levee
  systems.
