THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

THERE IS A CHANCE OF SCATTERED THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY FROM MIDDAY
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. A FEW STORMS MAY PRODUCE LOCALLY GUSTY WINDS
AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL.

A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS IS FORECAST TO MOVE FROM WEST TO EAST ACROSS
THE AREA TONIGHT. A FEW OF THE STORMS MAY PRODUCE STRONG WINDS AND
SMALL HAIL. THE BEST CHANCE OF BRIEF...LOW END SEVERE WIND GUSTS
NEAR 60 MPH WILL BE ACROSS SOUTHEAST MISSOURI INTO WEST KENTUCKY
SHOULD ENOUGH INSTABILITY PERSIST INTO THE NIGHT. MOST OF THE
ACTIVITY IS NOT EXPECTED TO BE SEVERE. OTHERWISE BRIEF HEAVY RAIN
AND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN HAZARDS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS FROM SOUTHWEST INDIANA
INTO THE PENNYRILE REGION OF WEST KENTUCKY EARLY FRIDAY MORNING.

A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE FRIDAY AFTERNOON ACROSS
SOUTHERN ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA AND NORTHWEST KENTUCKY.
LIGHTNING WILL BE THE MAIN HAZARD. SMALL HAIL CANNOT BE RULED OUT.
