THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. PLEASE REFER TO
THE SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT FOR DETAILS.

ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS MORNING. AN INCREASE
IN COVERAGE IS EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON...ESPECIALLY OVER THE SOUTHERN
HALF OF THE REGION. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE
THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.

A FEW LOCATIONS MAINLY IN THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE AREA MAY SEE
HEAT INDEX VALUES TOP OUT RIGHT AT 100 DEGREES AGAIN THIS
AFTERNOON.

SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME QUITE WIDESPREAD TONIGHT.
HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE MORE WIDESPREAD...ESPECIALLY OVER WEST
KENTUCKY. SOME FLOODING ISSUES MAY DEVELOP IN LOCATIONS THAT
EXPERIENCE HEAVY RAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND AGAIN TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

WIDESPREAD SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE EAST OUT OF THE
REGION THROUGH THE DAY THURSDAY. HEAVY RAINFALL AND SOME FLOODING
ISSUES WILL BE POSSIBLE ESPECIALLY OVER WEST KENTUCKY.

CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST EACH DAY FROM FRIDAY
THROUGH TUESDAY. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING WILL BE THE
PRIMARY CONCERNS.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT ANTICIPATED...BUT ANY REPORTS OF HEAVY
RAINFALL OR FLOODING ISSUES WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
