THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
ILLINOIS...SOUTHWEST INDIANA...WESTERN KENTUCKY AND SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI.

...TORNADO WATCH 218 IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 AM FOR THE SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI COUNTIES OF CARTER...RIPLEY...WAYNE...AND BUTLER...

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

A COMPLEX OF THUNDERSTORMS IS EXPECTED TO MOVE INTO SOUTHEAST
MISSOURI LATE THIS EVENING INTO THE OVERNIGHT HOURS. DAMAGING
WINDS WILL BE THE PRIMARY THREAT...HOWEVER AN ISOLATED TORNADO
CANNOT BE COMPLETELY RULED OUT. LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL AND
DEADLY LIGHTNING WILL ALSO BE CONCERNS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TUESDAY. A FEW
STORMS MAY APPROACH SEVERE LEVELS BY MIDDAY MAINLY OVER SOUTHWEST
INDIANA AND EAST OF THE LAKES IN WEST KENTUCKY. DAMAGING WINDS AND
LARGE HAIL WILL BE THE PRIMARY CONCERNS.

CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS ARE FORECAST FROM WEDNESDAY THROUGH
SUNDAY. THE BEST CHANCES WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY AND AGAIN SATURDAY
AND SUNDAY. A STRAY STRONG STORM CANNOT BE RULED OUT EACH
AFTERNOON...BUT THE PRIMARY CONCERNS WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL AND LIGHTNING.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS REQUESTED OVER THE SOUTHEAST MISSOURI
COUNTIES WITHIN THE TORNADO WATCH UNTIL 3 AM.
