THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTH CENTRAL ILLINOIS...
NORTHEAST ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT.

  WEATHER HAZARDS EXPECTED:

  SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS...SOME MAY PRODUCE:
HEAVY RAIN.
    FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
    HAIL UP TO THE SIZE OF PENNIES.
    AND WIND GUSTS OVER 40 MPH.

  AREAS AFFECTED AND TIMING:

  THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY THROUGH EARLY EVENING NORTH OF
  INTERSTATE 80...ADDITIONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY AFTER
  MIDNIGHT...AGAIN...MAINLY NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80.

  DISCUSSION:

  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS NORTHERN
  ILLINOIS THROUGH EARLY EVENING IN ASSOCIATION WITH AN UPPER
  LEVEL DISTURBANCE. ADDITIONAL SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE
  EXPECTED OVERNIGHT IN ADVANCE OF A COLD FRONT. HEAVY RAIN AND
  LIGHTING WILL BE THE PRIMARY HAZARDS WITH ANY THUNDERSTORMS.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY.

PERIODIC CHANCES OF THUNDERSTORMS EXIST MONDAY THROUGH
TUESDAY...THEN AGAIN FRIDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NECESSARY THROUGH TONIGHT.
