THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EASTERN IDAHO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

WINDY AND COOLER WEATHER IS EXPECTED TODAY...BUT SHOULD BE
GENERALLY DRY EXCEPT FOR THE CENTRAL MOUNTAINS AND THE ISLAND PARK
AREA. WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 45 MPH ARE POSSIBLE MAINLY ACROSS THE
SNAKE RIVER PLAIN AND EASTERN MAGIC VALLEY.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

ANOTHER WEATHER SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH THE AREA FRIDAY AND
SATURDAY BRINGING MORE WINDS...RAIN AND HIGH MOUNTAIN SNOW. THIS
SYSTEM HAS POTENTIAL TO BRING SIGNIFICANT RAIN ON SNOW WHICH WILL
INCREASE THE RISK OF FLOODING FOR LOCAL STREAMS AND RIVERS.

* TIMING...WINDS HAVE BACKED OFF SLIGHTLY EARLY THIS MORNING BUT
  REMAIN BREEZY TO MODERATE. EXPECT STRONG GUSTY WINDS TO RETURN
  BY LATE THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THIS EVENING.
* WINDS...SUSTAINED 25 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE...BURLEY...AMERICAN FALLS...POCATELLO...
  BLACKFOOT...INL AND IDAHO FALLS.

* IMPACTS...STRONG GUSTY WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...
  ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LOCAL AREAS OF BLOWING
  DUST WILL LIMIT VISIBILITY AT TIMES.
