  TO NEAR 25.8 FEET BY EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING. THE RIVER WILL FALL

* FORECAST...THE RIVER IS CRESTING THIS EVENING AND WILL FALL BELOW
  FLOOD STAGE LATE MONDAY MORNING.
* IMPACT...AT 16.0 FEET...SPRING CREEK BEGINS TO OVERFLOW LOW LYING
  AREAS.
