.BASED ON MORNING OBSERVATIONS AND THE LATEST MODEL
GUIDANCE...THE EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING HAS BEEN EXPANDED ALONG THE
BIG BEND COASTLINE THROUGH TAYLOR COUNTY. A HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS
IN EFFECT ELSEWHERE. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE AND PLENTY OF SUNSHINE
WILL KEEP AFTERNOON HIGHS AROUND 100 DEGREES WITH MAXIMUM HEAT
INDICES OVER 108 THROUGH TOMORROW.

A HEAT ADVISORY MEANS THAT A PERIOD OF HEAT INDICES BETWEEN
108 AND 112 DEGREES IS EXPECTED. THE COMBINATION OF HOT
TEMPERATURES AND HIGH HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE TO CREATE A SITUATION
IN WHICH HEAT ILLNESSES ARE POSSIBLE. DRINK PLENTY OF FLUIDS...
