  Altamaha River At Baxley affecting Appling...Tattnall...Toombs and
  Wayne Counties
  Altamaha River At Charlotteville affecting Jeff Davis...Montgomery
  and Toombs Counties
  Altamaha River At Everett City affecting Glynn...McIntosh and
  Wayne Counties

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

All persons with interest along the river should monitor the latest
forecasts...And be prepared to take necessary precautions to protect
life and property. Do not drive cars through flooded areas. If you
see flood waters...Remember to turn around and do not drown.

* until further notice...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 12:45 PM Monday the stage was 77.5 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 74.5 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 77.9 feet by
  Thursday early afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 74.5 feet...Minor flooding of timber and agricultural
  land can be expected.

The Flood Warning continues for
  The Altamaha River At Everett City.
* until further notice...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  8:15 PM Monday the stage was 13.7 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 13.7 feet by
  after midnight tomorrow then begin falling.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Water begins to encroach upon Altamaha
  Regional Park in Glynn County. This inlcudes Altamaha Park Road,
  Betty Lott Lane and Bee Tree Island Road. In McIntosh County,
  Barrington Park at the end of Harper Lake Road begins to flood.
  Blue Reach Road also begins to flood near the Long County line.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST FLORIDA...
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

BREEZY CONDITIONS TONIGHT...WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH...WILL DRIVE
WIND CHILLS DOWN INTO THE UPPER 20S TO AROUND 30 ACROSS INLAND AREAS
BY SUNRISE.

A GALE WARNING IS IN EFFECT FOR THE OFFSHORE WATERS AND A SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN PLACE FOR THE NEAR SHORE WATERS.

MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS CONTINUES AT AREA BEACHES.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...

BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES WITH BREEZY TO WINDY CONDITIONS WILL
CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY. WIDESPREAD FREEZES ARE EXPECTED
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY MAY BE
REQUIRED FOR LOCATIONS NORTH OF INTERSTATE 10 ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND
WEDNESDAY MORNING...WHERE WIND CHILL VALUES WILL FALL TO UPPER
TEENS TO NEAR 20 DEGREES. A FREEZE WATCH HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR ALL OF
NORTHEAST AND NORTH CENTRAL FLORIDA ON TUESDAY NIGHT AND EARLY
WEDNESDAY MORNING. WIDESPREAD FROST IS POSSIBLE ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT
AND THURSDAY MORNING.

POOR BOATING CONDITIONS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH WEDNESDAY
NIGHT...WITH SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES EXPECTED THROUGH THIS PERIOD
WHILE GALE WARNINGS WILL CONTINUE OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS INTO
TUESDAY.
