THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR NORTHEAST FLORIDA...
SOUTHEAST GEORGIA AND THE ADJACENT COASTAL WATERS.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT...

A COLD FRONT MOVING INTO NORTHEAST FLORIDA WILL DEVELOP SCATTERED
TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. ACTIVITY WILL BE SLOW
MOVING...WITH LOCALIZED FLOODING POSSIBLE THROUGH AROUND MIDNIGHT
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST FLORIDA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...
LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING OFF THE NORTHEAST FLORIDA COAST...IN
COMBINATION WITH STRENGTHENING HIGH PRESSURE OVER NEW
ENGLAND...WILL CREATE INCREASING NORTHEASTERLY WINDS OVER THE
COASTAL WATERS NORTH OF ST. AUGUSTINE BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON.
PERIODS OF LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL TOTALS ARE EXPECTED IN THE
COASTAL COUNTIES. A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR THESE
NEAR SHORE AND OFFSHORE WATERS ON TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF ONSHORE WINDS...ELEVATED SEAS...AND AN
ELEVATED RIP CURRENT RISK IS EXPECTED THROUGH THE UPCOMING
WEEKEND. ELEVATED TIDE LEVELS WILL BE POSSIBLE IN COASTAL
LOCATIONS AROUND TIMES OF HIGH TIDE.

* SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR MINOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE
  AREAS IN...
  COFFEE COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...DOUGLAS...BROXTON...AMBROSE...
  JEFF DAVIS COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...
  THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF HAZLEHURST...

* UNTIL 345 AM EDT

* AT 141 AM EDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN
FROM SLOW MOVING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THAT WILL PRODUCE 2 TO 4
INCHES OF STORM TOTAL RAINFALL OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. THE BIGGEST
IMPACTED AREAS WILL BE ALONG THE U.S. HIGHWAY 221 CORRIDOR FROM
DOUGLAS TO HAZLEHURST. SECONDARY DIRT ROADS MAY BECOME IMPASSABLE
DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS FROM THIS HEAVY RAINFALL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER ON COUNTRY ROADS AND
FARMLAND ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS AND STREAMS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. REMEMBER...TURN AROUND DONT DROWN.
