...PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA THIS MORNING...

AREA OBSERVATIONS SHOW PATCHY DENSE FOG ACROSS PARTS OF NORTH AND
CENTRAL GEORGIA THIS MORNING. MOTORISTS COULD SEE SUDDEN DROPS IN
VISIBILITY AT OR BELOW ONE HALF MILE DURING THEIR MORNING COMMUTE.

PLEASE USE EXTRA CAUTION WHILE TRAVELING THIS MORNING. THE FOG
THREAT WILL GREATLY DIMINISH BY 10 AM THIS MORNING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT...

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TODAY AND TONIGHT ACROSS NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA. THE MAJORITY
OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL BE ACROSS CENTRAL GEORGIA AS FRONTAL
SYSTEM MOVES SOUTH INTO NORTHERN FLORIDA.
FREQUENT LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS...MINOR FLOODING AND HEAVY
DOWNPOURS WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERNS WITH STORMS. THUNDERSTORM
CHANCES WILL DECREASE AFTER SUNSET...THOUGH LINGER ON ACROSS
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL GEORGIA.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY...

A LIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED ACROSS
PORTIONS OF CENTRAL GEORGIA WEDNESDAY AS DRIER AIR FILTERS INTO
NORTH GA. EXPECTING DRY CONDITIONS THURSDAY THROUGH SATURDAY WITH A
SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SUNDAY AND MONDAY AS
ANOTHER FRONT MOVES INTO THE REGION.
