THROUGH 215 PM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE FOUND
ALONG A1A AROUND BOYNTON BEACH. ANOTHER CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS EXISTS FROM AROUND MIAMI BEACH TO KEY BISCAYNE.
HOWEVER MOST OF THE SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY HAS MOVED EAST
OF URBAN SOUTHEAST FLORIDA AND IS JUST OFFSHORE. THESE SHOWERS AND
STORMS WILL BE FOUND WITHIN 20 NM EAST OF PALM BEACH...BROWARD...AND
MIAMI DADE COUNTIES. ELSEWHERE ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA...MOST OF THE
ACTIVITY REMAINS CONCENTRATED OVER THE EVERGLADES WEST OF HIGHWAY
27...AND STATE ROAD 997. ELSEWHERE ON THE WATERS...ISOLATED SHOWERS
AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE NEARSHORE GULF WATERS
WITHIN 20 NM WEST OF MAINLAND MONROE AND COLLIER COUNTIES. THE
STRONGER SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DELIVER BRIEF HEAVY
RAINFALL ACCOMPANIED BY VISIBILITY LESS THAN 1 MILE...WIND GUSTS
BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH...AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING STRIKES. MOVEMENT
OF INDIVIDUAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUES TO THE EAST
NORTHEAST BETWEEN 10 AND 15 MPH.

THUNDERSTORMS: ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
THIS AFTERNOON ESPECIALLY OVER THE LAKE OKEECHOBEE AND PALM BEACH
COUNTY AREA. THE MAIN THREATS FROM THE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE
FREQUENT LIGHTNING...GUSTY WINDS...AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS.


.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED FOR THE REMAINDER
OF THIS WEEK INTO THE UPCOMING WEEKEND. THE PRIMARY THREAT WILL BE
FREQUENT LIGHTNING STRIKES AND BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH THE
GREATEST CONCENTRATION LOCATED ACROSS THE INTERIOR AND EAST COAST
METRO AREAS.
