STRONGER STORMS COULD PRODUCE GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON DUE TO VERY
SLOW STORM MOTION GENERALLY TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH OR LESS.
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DECREASE IN COVERAGE THIS EVENING.
