ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING IN
NORTHEAST FLORIDA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA...WITH SMALL HAIL AND
GUSTY WINDS POSSIBLE.


A MODERATE RISK OF RIP CURRENTS IS EXPECTED AT AREA BEACHES TODAY...
MODERATE TO HIGH RISK SUNDAY.

AS LOW PRESSURE EXITS INTO THE COASTAL WATERS TONIGHT...AN ABRUPT
INCREASE IN NORTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED DURING THE LATE EVENING
HOURS. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORIES ARE POSTED FOR THE NEAR SHORE WATERS
AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...WITH GALE WARNINGS FOR THE OFFSHORE WATERS.

MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING IS OCCURRING WITHIN SEVERAL LOCAL RIVER
BASINS. PLEASE REFER TO THE RIVER FLOOD WARNINGS AND STATEMENTS

GALE WARNINGS POSTED FOR THE OFFSHORE WATERS THROUGH SUNDAY EVENING
WITH STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS EXPECTED. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS
WILL CONTINUE IN THE NEAR SHORE WATERS THROUGH AT LEAST MONDAY
MORNING...AND OFFSHORE THROUGH AT LEAST MONDAY AFTERNOON.

A MODERATE TO HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS IS EXPECTED AT AREA BEACHES
ON SUNDAY AND MONDAY. AN ELEVATED RISK MAY PERSIST INTO TUESDAY AS
OCEAN SWELLS PERSIST.

MAJOR FLOODING IS FORECAST FOR THE SANTA FE RIVER AT THREE RIVERS
ESTATES FOR THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK. MINOR TO MODERATE FLOODING

* UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS CANCELLED.
* AT  9:45 AM SATURDAY THE STAGE WAS 13.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 12.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE RISING TO NEAR 14.8 FEET BY
  MONDAY EVENING THEN BEGIN FALLING.
* IMPACT...AT 14.0 FEET...MINOR FLOODING OF LOW BOTTOMLANDS ALONG THE
  RIVER AND SOME LOWER RIVER ACCESS ROADS.
* IMPACT...AT 12.0 FEET...THIS WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING
  AREAS AND TIMBER LANDS.
