A FLASH FLOOD WATCH IS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH
FRIDAY AFTERNOON FOR GILCHRIST...SUWANNEE...COLUMBIA...BAKER...
HAMILTON...AND ECHOLS COUNTY. 5 TO 8 INCHES OF RAIN WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.
