.AREAS OF DENSE FOG HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST
ALABAMA...SOUTHERN GEORGIA...THE FLORIDA BIG BEND...AND NOW THE
FLORIDA PANHANDLE THIS EVENING. SEVERAL REPORTING SITES ARE
REPORTING VISIBILITIES HOVERING IN THE ONE QUARTER TO ONE HALF
MILE RANGE.

...A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY MORNING
THROUGH WEDNESDAY EVENING FOR ALL OF SOUTHEAST ALABAMA...
SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL GEORGIA...AND ALL OF THE FLORIDA BIG
BEND AND PANHANDLE...

.A DEVELOPING STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OFF TO OUR WEST WILL
ALLOW FOR STRONG MOISTURE RETURN INTO THE AREA AHEAD OF A COLD
FRONT. THIS SYSTEM...WITH ITS VAST ONSHORE FLOW...WILL HAVE THE
POTENTIAL TO BRING HEAVY RAIN TO MUCH OF OUR REGION ON BOTH
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY. WITH EMBEDDED HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS...SOME OF
WHICH COULD BE SEVERE...THE POTENTIAL FOR WIDESPREAD RAINFALL
TOTALS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES (WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER 6 INCHES
POSSIBLE) COULD CAUSE FLASH FLOODING. THE MOST LIKELY AREAS FOR
FLOODING WILL BE LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS.

TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
