THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL...EAST
CENTRAL...SOUTH CENTRAL AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

SCATTERED TO NUMEROUS RAIN SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE SOUTH AND
EAST ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST COLORADO PLAINS THIS MORNING...WITH ALL
SHOWERS MOVING INTO WESTERN KANSAS THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND
EARLY AFTERNOON. ISOLATED TO SCATTERED RAIN AND SNOW SHOWERS ACROSS
THE EASTERN MOUNTAINS AND THE I-25 CORRIDOR WILL DIMINISH THROUGH
THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...WITH LOCAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO AN
INCH ACROSS THE PIKES PEAK REGION...THE SOUTHEAST MOUNTAINS...THE
PALMER DIVIDE AND RATON MESA REGION.

A COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS EASTERN COLORADO THIS MORNING WILL BRING
GUSTY NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 45 MPH TO THE EASTERN PLAINS THROUGH THE
LATE MORNING HOURS...WITH WINDS THEN SLOWLY DIMINISHING INTO THE
LATE AFTERNOON.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE OVER AND NEAR
THE MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS EVENING...WITH LIGHT AND
SPOTTY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS POSSIBLE OVER THE HIGHER TERRAIN.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

THERE WILL BE A CHANCE FOR THUNDERSTORMS EACH DAY TUESDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY...MOSTLY IN THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS. THE MAIN
THUNDERSTORM THREATS WILL BE LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS AROUND 40
MPH. ON WEDNESDAY...THE FAR SOUTHEAST PLAINS COULD SEE ONE OR TWO
SEVERE STORMS...WITH HAIL AROUND 1 INCH IN DIAMETER AND WIND GUSTS
AROUND 60 MPH BEING THE MAIN THREATS.

SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF UP TO A FEW INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE EACH
DAY...MAINLY OVER THE HIGHEST TERRAIN.

WEATHER CONDITIONS THAT MEET REPORTING CRITERIA FOR SPOTTERS WILL BE
POSSIBLE OVER AND NEAR THE HIGHER TERRAIN TODAY AND TONIGHT.
