...NUMEROUS WINTER STORM WARNINGS AND ADVISORIES ALSO REMAIN IN
EFFECT THROUGH THIS EVENING...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN
COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

PERIODS OF SNOW...HEAVY AT TIMES...WILL CONTINUE OVER THE
MOUNTAINS OF NORTHEAST UTAH AND WESTERN COLORADO THROUGH THIS
EVENING. BLIZZARD CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED ABOVE 8000 FEET WHERE
WINDS WILL GUST TO OVER 60 MPH CREATING WIDESPREAD BLOWING AND
DRIFTING SNOW AND REDUCING VISIBILITIES TO LESS THAN 1/4 MILE.
TOTAL SNOWFALL FOR THE MOUNTAINS WILL RANGE FROM 1 TO 2 FEET BY
TONIGHT WITH UP TO A FOOT ACROSS THE HIGHER VALLEYS. THIS STORM
MOVES OUT LATE TONIGHT WITH SNOW ENDING FROM WEST TO EAST. PLEASE

HOURS AS MOUNTAIN WIND GUSTS EXCEED 75 MPH. WIDESPREAD BLOWING
AND DRIFTING SNOW AND DOWNED TREES WILL MAKE TRAVEL EXTREMELY
HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE.

* SNOW ACCUMULATION...8 TO 12 INCHES.

* WINDS...WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 MPH OVER CERRO AND
  BLUE MESA SUMMITS.

* IMPACTS...ACCUMULATING SNOW WILL RESULT IN ICY AND SNOW PACKED
  ROADS AND HIGHWAYS. THE COMBINATION OF SNOW...BLOWING SNOW AND
  FOG WILL LIMIT VISIBILITY BELOW 1 MILE AT TIMES.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE
