...FREEZE WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING BELOW 8000 FEET...

* TIMING...COLD AIR WILL BE FILTERING INTO COLORADO BEHIND A
COLD FRONT WEDNESDAY NIGHT. AS SKIES CLEAR FROM WEST TO EAST
OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES ARE EXPECTED TO QUICKLY FALL. TIMING OF
THE CLEARING SKIES WILL HAVE AN IMPACT TO HOW LOW TEMPERATURES
ACTUALLY FALL. CONFIDENCE IS HIGHEST FOR BELOW FREEZING
TEMPERATURES IN THE NORTHERN VALLEYS OF COLORADO AND THE
GUNNISON BASIN. LOW TEMPERATURES HERE WILL FALL TO NEAR 30 OR
BELOW DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS ON THURSDAY.

* TEMPERATURE...FALLING TO THE MID TO UPPER 20S...WITH LOCALIZED
AREAS POSSIBLY HITTING THE LOWER 20S IN THE WESTERN YAMPA
  RIVER BASIN.

* IMPACTS...TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING FOR SEVERAL HOURS WILL
DAMAGE SENSITIVE VEGETATION. ALSO OUTSIDE WATER LINE COULD
FREEZE...PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN TOMORROW
  NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FREEZE WATCH MEANS SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES ARE POSSIBLE.
THESE CONDITIONS COULD KILL CROPS AND OTHER SENSITIVE VEGETATION.
