THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EASTERN UTAH AND WESTERN
COLORADO.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NUMEROUS SHOWERS WITH A FEW THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR TODAY AND
THIS EVENING. IN THE HIGH COUNTRY ABOVE 9000 FEET...SNOW IS LIKELY
WITH ACCUMULATING SNOW OVER THE MOUNTAIN PASSES. SNOW ACCUMULATIONS
OF 2 TO 5 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE AT OR ABOVE 9000 FEET. SLUSHY
OR SNOW PACKED ROADS IS LIKELY LATER TODAY AND TONIGHT. SNOW IS
EXPECTED TO END LATE TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

THE FIRST SEASONAL FREEZE IS LIKELY FOR MANY OF THE HIGHER
VALLEYS THURSDAY AND FRIDAY MORNING. OTHERWISE NO HAZARDOUS
WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

FREEZE WATCH BELOW 8000 FEET...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE
TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...LATE TONIGHT THROUGH 9 AM THURSDAY MORNING.

* TEMPERATURE...UPPER 20S TO LOWER 30S.

* IMPACTS...TEMPERATURES BELOW FREEZING FOR SEVERAL HOURS WILL
  DAMAGE SENSITIVE VEGETATION. OUTSIDE WATER LINES COULD
  FREEZE...PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT THIS SHOULD BE TAKEN AS SOON AS
  POSSIBLE.
