.BREEZY WINDS WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING WILL CREATE
HAZARDOUS BOATING AND SWIMMING CONDITIONS ON LAKE TAHOE AND
PYRAMID LAKE. THESE WINDS WILL ALSO LOFT DUST OFF THE SMOKE CREEK
AND BLACK ROCK DESERTS IN NORTHERN WASHOE AND PERSHING COUNTIES.
DUST WILL REDUCE VISIBILITY, POSE A RISK TO POORLY SECURED
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT, AND BE A HEALTH CONCERN FOR THOSE WITHOUT
PROTECTIVE EYE AND BREATHING MASKS.

A LAKE WIND ADVISORY FOR LAKE TAHOE REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM
TO 9 PM PDT WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 30 MPH.

* WAVE HEIGHTS: 2 TO 3 FEET. HIGHEST WAVES ALONG NORTH AND EAST
  SHORES.

* SMALL BOATS WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND SHOULD REMAIN OFF
  LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
