...LAKE WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM PDT THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WINDS: NORTHEAST WINDS 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* WAVE HEIGHTS ON LAKE TAHOE AND PYRAMID LAKE: 2 TO 3 FEET WITH
  HIGHEST WAVES ON WESTERN AND SOUTHWESTERN SHORES.

* CHOPPY LAKE CONDITIONS WILL IMPACT OPENING DAY FISHING FOR ALL
  LAKES IN MONO COUNTY...INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CROWLEY
  LAKE.

* SMALL BOATS AND FLOAT TUBES WILL BE PRONE TO CAPSIZING AND
  SHOULD REMAIN OFF LAKE WATERS UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

CHECK LAKE CONDITIONS BEFORE HEADING OUT AND BE PREPARED FOR A
SUDDEN INCREASE IN WINDS AND WAVE HEIGHTS. CONSIDER POSTPONING
BOATING ACTIVITIES ON THE LAKE UNTIL A DAY WITH LESS WIND.
