EARLY NEXT WEEK AS THE RESULT OF A STRONG AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE
OVER THE GREAT BASIN. THE STRONGEST NORTHEAST WINDS ARE EXPECTED
TONIGHT INTO MONDAY...WHEN POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS WILL OCCUR IN
THE VENTURA AND LOS ANGELES COUNTY MOUNTAINS...THE SANTA MONICA
