  EXPECTED.

* WINDS...AREAS OF EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS 20 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS
  TO 45 MPH. STRONGEST GUSTS TO 60 MPH LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY
  MORNING.

* LOCATION...STRONGEST GUSTS BELOW THE CAJON PASS THIS MORNING...
  IN THE SANTA MOUNTAINS AND FOOTHILLS...AND BELOW THE BANNING
  PASS TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.

* TIMING...WINDS STRONGEST EACH MORNING WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS
  LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING.

* IMPACTS...BROKEN TREE LIMBS...DEBRIS ON ROADWAYS...DANGEROUS
  TRAVEL CONDITIONS FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

* OUTLOOK...WEAKER BUT GUSTY EAST TO NORTHEAST WINDS WILL CONTINUE
  FOR LATE WEDNESDAY INTO THANKSGIVING MORNING.
