  45 MPH WILL CONTINUE TODAY AND THEN WILL INCREASE TO 25 TO 35
  MPH WITH GUSTS TO 50 MPH TONIGHT. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE
  THROUGH AND BELOW THE PASSESAND CANYONS OF THE SANTA YNEZ
  RANGE WEST OF GOLETA...BUT THERE WILL BE ALSO BE WINDY
  CONDITIONS FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY MORNING IN THE HILLS
  ABOVE MONTECITO.

* IMPACTS...GUSTY WINDS WILL MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT...ESPECIALLY

HOT DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS WILL CREATE MANY HAZARDS TODAY AND
TONIGHT. WINDS IN THE MOUNTAINS AND THE DESERT WILL MAKE DRIVING
DIFFICULT. GALE FORCE WINDS WILL CREATE BOATING DANGERS ACROSS THE
OUTER WATERS. THE MOUNTAINS WILL SEE VERY DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER
CONDITIONS. BEACHGOERS WILL SEE HAZARDOUS SURF AND RIP CURRENTS IN
THE SURF ZONE.
