SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING ACROSS THE AREA FROM MOHAVE
VALLEY TO LAUGHLIN AND BULLHEAD CITY WILL CONTINUE THROUGH AT LEAST
1230 AM. THE SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
DEVELOPING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST BUT INDIVIDUAL STORMS WILL LAST LESS
THAN ONE HOUR OVER ANY PARTICULAR LOCATION. BRIEF MODERATE TO HEAVY
RAIN AND OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING CAN BE EXPECTED BEFORE STORMS
DISSIPATE. GUSTY EAST TO SOUTHEAST WINDS OF 35 TO 40 MPH CAN ALSO BE
EXPECTED.

...A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 AM MST FOR
CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY...

TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH
FLOODING IN KINGMAN. THIS STORM WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH
AND AUTOMATED GAGES INDICATED IT HAS PRODUCED BETWEEN A HALF-INCH
AND THREE-QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAINFALL OVER KINGMAN AND THE
HAULAPAI FOOTHILLS. OVER ONE INCH OF RAIN IS EXPECTED ACROSS CENTRAL
AND EASTERN PARTS OF KINGMAN BEFORE THE STORM DISSIPATES.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
KINGMAN AND NEW KINGMAN-BUTLER

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED ON ROADS...IN NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND LOW
LYING AREAS. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOODED ROAD OR ENTER A FLOOD
CHANNEL. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS MORE DIFFICULT
TO DETECT FLOODED ROADS. TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN!
